PHOENIX (Sept. 10, 2025) – Banner Health has been named to the Forbes list of America’s Best-In-State Employers 2025. This award is presented in collaboration with Statista, the world-leading statistics portal and industry ranking provider.
Forbes and Statista selected America’s Best-In-State Employers 2025 through an independent survey from a sample of more than 160,000 U.S. employees working for companies employing at least 500 people within the United States. More than 2 million employer evaluations were considered. The final score is based on two types of employee evaluations: personal (those given by employees themselves) and public (those given by friends and family members of employees, or members of the public who work in the same industry). The award list was announced in August and can be viewed on Forbes website.
"We are honored to receive this recognition and are deeply proud of the incredible team we have built at Banner Health," said Julie Ann Alvarado-Dubek, executive vice president and chief administrative and people officer for Banner. "Our employees are at the heart of everything we do, and this award reflects our ongoing dedication to creating a workplace where everyone feels valued, supported, and empowered. We believe that when our employees thrive, our company thrives, and this recognition is a testament to that philosophy."
This recognition reinforces that Banner Health continues to lead the industry on a regional and statewide level in employee satisfaction, setting a new standard for workplace excellence.
