Bienvenido a la Orientación para nuevos proveedores

Gracias por su interés en postularse para el personal médico del Hospital Banner Health Page Hospital. Le damos una cálida bienvenida en nombre de nuestra Administración y de todo el personal médico.

Este Programa de Orientación se ha desarrollado para brindarle información valiosa sobre cómo navegar por nuestras instalaciones y encontrar personal que pueda ayudarle. El programa es completo y práctico, y es necesario completarlo antes de obtener los privilegios. Puede completarlo en cualquier momento durante su proceso de solicitud para el personal médico.

Identification Badges Required on campus 

Stop by Medical Staff Office (or Security Office - after Hours) to obtain your ID Badge. You will need to provide a legible government issued ID card (current driver’s license, military ID or passport).  Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, allied health practitioners, residents and students must wear a Banner identification badge while on campus and should be worn above the waist. 

Parking

Provider parking is available.

  • Parking for providers is located on the east side of the campus
  • Please enter through Main entrance for Emergency Department

Security

Banner wants everyone to be safe on campus. Our Security patrols 24/7, offering both internal and external support to providers, patients, associates and visitors.

If you observe suspicious conduct or behavior while on hospital property or if you or someone else is the victim of a crime, call security dispatch at 928-645-0199.

 

Medical Staff Services provides administrative support to the medical staff and facilitates communication related to medical staff matters. 

Responsibilities include assisting with regulatory compliance, credentialing, peer review, resident/student rotations, continuing medical education, committees, and maintaining current governing documents of the Medical Staff, Advanced Practice Providers and Allied Health Staff: Bylaws, Policies, Rules and Regulations. 

Medical Staff Services is located in Administration  and is open Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Medical Records (Health Information Management Services

Because Page Hospital is an all electronic medical records facility, Medical Records, or Health Information Management Services, can be reached by telephone.

Clinical Documentation Specialists

Compliant Documentation Management Program (CDMP) assists the physician, via the documentation clarification and coding process, to provide the most accurate and compliant documentation for each patient.

Page provides Clinical Documentation Specialists (CDSs) to assist physicians by providing the most up-to-date clinical knowledge and Medicare requirements to all documentation options. CDSs also can provide physicians with the impact these options can have on severity ratings.

CDSs can be utilized concurrently on the floors and will assist the physicians in using compliant language in addition to helping with communication to the hospital coders.
